Delivery Locations
We currently deliver nationwide across Ghana. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
Delivery Time
- Accra & Tema: 1–2 business days
- Other Regions: 2–4 business days
Delivery times may vary during promotions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing
- Orders for perfume are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following conditions apply:
Perfumes
Due to hygiene and quality control reasons:
- Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Packaging Products
- Packaging items may be returned only if unused and in their original condition.
- Customised or personalized packaging cannot be returned unless there is a production defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
